VisionBoard Finance is an independent macroeconomic analysis product. It combines public economic data, market observations, and a disclosed scoring model to help readers understand business-cycle conditions and sector behavior.

What We Do

Our platform offers:

• Analysis of the latest available Federal Reserve Economic Data (FRED) releases
• A disclosed, rule-based business-cycle model, supported by research software
• Sector performance tracking and model-implied sector tilts
• Economic reality check metrics using alternative methodologies
• Market news aggregation and sentiment analysis

Technology

Information We Collect

VisionBoard Finance may collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: Name, email address, profile details, and a one-way password hash when you register
• Billing Information: Subscription status, plan, renewal, and payment-event identifiers. Card details are collected and handled by Stripe, not stored by VisionBoard Finance.
• Community Information: Telegram account identifiers when you choose to connect the members community
• Usage Data: How you interact with our platform, pages visited, and features used
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information for security and optimization
• Analytics: Pseudonymous and, when signed in, account-linked usage events used to improve our services

How We Use Your Information

• Provide and maintain our financial analysis services
• Authenticate users and secure accounts
• Improve platform performance and user experience
• Send important service updates and security notifications
• Send market alerts or summaries only when you opt in; you can turn each category off from your Profile
• Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud

Data Security

We use HTTPS in transit, access controls, rate limits, and one-way PBKDF2-SHA-256 password hashing. No internet service can guarantee absolute security; please use a unique password and report suspected account misuse promptly.

Third-Party Services

We use the following external services that may collect data:

• Cloudflare: Hosting, database, security, performance, and infrastructure services
• Stripe: Subscription checkout, billing, and payment processing
• Telegram: Optional members-community access
• Email providers: Transactional and consented product email delivery
• Market and economic data providers: FRED and other disclosed sources used to produce dashboard readings and analysis

Your Rights

Terms of Service

By accessing VisionBoard Finance, you agree to these terms:

• You must be 18 years or older to use our services
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You may not use our platform for illegal activities or market manipulation
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our terms
• Service availability is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime
• We may update these terms at any time with reasonable notice

Trials, Billing, and Cancellation

• Membership checkout is processed by Stripe. The price, billing cadence, trial length, and first charge date are shown before you confirm.
• Unless canceled, a subscription automatically renews on its stated monthly or annual cadence.
• A payment method is collected for a membership trial. Cancel before the displayed trial end to avoid the first recurring charge.
• You can manage or cancel through the Stripe billing portal linked from your Profile. Paid access normally continues through the end of the current billing period.
• Refund requests are handled according to the purchase terms shown at checkout and applicable law. Contact support with the relevant account email and invoice.

Financial Disclaimer

Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all data and analysis are error-free. Economic indicators, market data, model outputs, and software-assisted analysis should not be the sole basis for financial decisions.

Limitation of Liability

VisionBoard Finance, its operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or reliance on our analysis. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for our services in the preceding 12 months.
