VisionBoard Vault is an on-chain vault experiment built around macro-aware, sector-rotation trading. VBV is the tokenized participation layer: vault shares, app credits, liquidity, and transparent HyperEVM activity in one ecosystem.

VisionBoard Finance studies macro conditions, sector regimes, and market cycles. VBV extends that thesis into a live HyperEVM vault layer: a public, trackable share token for an actively managed vault strategy.

VBV starts as the vault/share layer, then becomes the unit users recognize across liquidity, intelligence credits, and prediction-market balances.
1. Deposit
Users deposit supported assets into the vault contract. The vault is designed around transparent HyperEVM activity and on-chain accounting.
2. Issue VBV
VBV is issued as the vault/share layer. It is intended to represent participation in the VisionBoard Vault ecosystem, not a promise of returns.
3. Grow liquidity
The near-term goal is real TVL, real holder activity, and responsible liquidity so wallets and users can understand what VBV is.

VBV is an early-stage crypto asset connected to an experimental vault strategy. It is not a bank account, not a guaranteed yield product, and not financial advice. Smart contracts, liquidity, execution, market conditions, and strategy performance can all fail.
VisionBoard has two connected app layers: Terminal and Predict.
VBV is not only a vault/share token. It also powers the VisionBoard app experience: market intelligence credits, prediction-market balances, and automated on-chain withdrawals.
Terminal — market intelligence
Terminal is the market-intelligence side of VisionBoard. Users spend VBV credits to run workflows such as:
- macro climate
- AI market brief
- ticker scans
- squeeze radar
- options context
- movers, sectors, events
- watchlists and alerts
Credit model: 1 credit = 1 VBV balance inside the app. Users can deposit VBV, spend VBV credits, and withdraw VBV back on-chain.
Predict — outcome markets
Predict is the prediction-market side. Users can trade outcomes around market and macro events, including:
- Bitcoin price levels
- CPI / PCE prints
- jobs reports
- FOMC decisions
- other macro or market events
Each market includes a question, two outcomes, visible implied prices, liquidity pools, and clear resolution rules/source.
How Predict trading works
Users buy outcome shares. Example: if “Will BTC be above $78,500?” has Yes at 60¢, a user spending 60 VBV receives about 100 Yes shares. If Yes wins, each share redeems for 1 VBV. If No wins, Yes shares redeem for 0.
Real liquidity, no fake exits
Users can sell positions before resolution only when real liquidity exists. The app does not invent exit liquidity; selling is capped by the opposite-side pool.
Resolution
Markets resolve automatically where supported, or manually with public evidence. The app records the observed value, timestamp, source, winning outcome, and explanation.
Automated withdrawals
Withdrawals are automated through a limited hot payout wallet. The main treasury holds the large VBV reserve; the hot wallet only holds limited funds for withdrawals.
