Membership questions
When will I be charged?
You are not charged when the 3-day trial starts. Stripe charges the price shown at Checkout when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
Do I need a card for the trial?
Yes. Stripe securely collects payment details before the trial begins. VisionBoard Finance does not handle or store your full card number.
How do I cancel or change billing?
Signed-in members can use Manage billing on this page to open the Stripe customer portal. You can cancel there without contacting support.
How does founding pricing work?
If a founding spot is assigned to your account, founding eligibility stays with that account. Stripe shows the applicable rate before your trial begins.
